    This program will cover the fundamentals of blockchains and cryptocurrency, to help the legal practitioner understand the technology and its application to different practice areas. Emphasis will be placed on exploring illicit uses of cryptocurrency and various approaches being employed to address this issue, to include criminal investigations, asset forfeiture, and regulatory enforcement. The material will be presented at an introductory level and no prior knowledge or experience with cryptocurrency is necessary.
