Program Description

Learn about new laws in CT that permit banks to protect client accounts against financial fraud and exploitation, and learn about recent changes in CT law that affect the burden of proof as it relates to joint accounts. Attorney Corey will also discuss strategies for working more efficiently and collaboratively with financial institutions.
