Attendees will learn about recent advances in artificial intelligence (“AI”) and the role this advancing technology will play (or is already playing) in urban planning and community development. Professor Thomas Sanchez of Texas A&M University, a nationally recognized leading voice in this field, will provide attendees with a baseline understanding of AI and a thoughtful analysis of how land use law will be impacted by it.
